Q: Is there a job size minimum or maximum?
A: No, not usually. However, turnaround time is based on the size of the project.
Q: What is the cost of services?
A: Prices are based upon the type of services requested and the size of the job.
Q: Is the finished work guaranteed?
A: The work is guaranteed to be free of grammatical and spelling errors, and to meet the specifications of the job as agreed upon between the client and SimplySayIt.
Q: Who are SimplySayIt's clients?
A: We have serviced college and high school students, researchers at Universities, and small corporations, to name just a few. Our services are available to everyone no matter the social status, race, color, sex, national origin, religion, age, or disability of an individual or group.
Q: Is there a preferred format for documents?
A: Yes. Our advisors prefer to work with Microsoft Word documents. However, we can work with Word Perfect documents, or plain text documents.
Q: Is there a preferred method of exchange?
A: Yes. E-mailing attachments is a fast, effective way to exchange work. Larger jobs should be mailed to our Post Office box (see Contact information). Faxes are accepted too.
